We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders ship after payment clears, and you receive an email when your order ships. Every package includes the batch documentation for the products inside.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a vial arrives broken or unsealed, or you receive the wrong product, email info@cleanchainlabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item at no charge.
Returns
For safety and integrity reasons, research materials cannot be returned once delivered. Unopened orders cancelled before shipment are refunded in full.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days or your package is marked delivered but did not arrive, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
