1. Acceptance
By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Sale and to our Research Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns terms.
2. Credentialed Buyers; Research Use Only
Orders may be placed only through a buyer account. All products are For Research Use Only — Not for Human Use. You represent that you are 21 or older, that your buyer account information is accurate, and will use products solely in accordance with the Research Use Policy. You assume all responsibility for the handling, storage, use and disposal of products after delivery.
3. Orders and Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Volume discounts apply automatically in the cart for 3 or more units of the same product, on products whose page lists volume pricing. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel any order, including after confirmation, with a full refund of any amount paid.
4. Payment
Orders paid by secure invoice are reserved while payment is pending. If payment is not received within 7 days, the order may be cancelled. Orders ship after payment clears.
5. Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package. See Shipping & Returns.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for our commitment to replace damaged or incorrect items as described in Shipping & Returns, products are provided as-is for research purposes, without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Chain Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Clean Chain Labs against claims arising from your use, misuse, resale or handling of products in violation of these terms or the Research Use Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
