How much do I save on bigger orders?
On most compounds, buying three vials of the same one takes 5% off each. At five you save up to 10%, and at ten up to 15%. Each product page shows its exact volume prices. Need 25 or more? Get a bulk quote for an even lower price.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $200 or more ship free anywhere in the US. Smaller orders ship for a flat $9.99.
What if a vial arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement at no charge, and the same goes if we ship the wrong product.
Can you get a compound you don't list?
Often, yes. Send a special request with the compound and quantity and we'll come back with availability and a price.
How do I place my first order?
Create your free account, add what you need to the cart and check out. Your volume savings show up in the cart automatically.
What form do peptides come in?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in a sealed glass vial, which keeps it stable on the shelf.
How should I store unopened vials?
Cold, dry and out of the light. A refrigerator is fine short term, and a freezer is best for long-term storage.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to US addresses only.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, until it ships, and you get a full refund. Once a package is delivered we can't take research materials back, but damaged or wrong items are replaced free.
